1. Operator and scope
These terms cover browsing and photography enquiries on LUVELOP FILM, operated by GAMDO. They do not constitute a photography contract or payment agreement.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the form requests a consultation; it does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Availability, coverage, pricing, payment terms, deliverables and timing are discussed individually and confirmed by a separate agreement.
3. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation, refund and deposit conditions will be provided in writing before a photography contract is agreed. This website does not take payments, and submitting an enquiry does not create a charge or cancellation fee. Nothing here limits rights under applicable consumer law.
4. Enquiry information and acceptable use
Please provide accurate information that allows us to reply. We may restrict spam, misuse of another person’s data, malicious code or repeated requests that disrupt the service.
5. Photographs and content
Photographs, logos and written content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Unauthorised copying, resale or commercial use is not permitted. Publication of customer photographs is governed by separate permission or the photography agreement.
6. Privacy and external services
Please review the collection and use notice before consenting to submit an enquiry. Our privacy notice explains how enquiry data is handled. External websites are governed by their own terms.
