1. Who handles your information
GAMDO (감도) handles photography enquiries submitted through LUVELOP FILM. The representative and privacy contact is 경규승.

2. What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, phone number (optional), session location, preferred date, session type, message, display language, and the time and version of your consent. We use these to check availability, discuss your session and quote, and reply to you. We process the enquiry on the basis of your consent. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. Retention and deletion
Kept only while needed to handle your consultation and related enquiries, then deleted without undue delay.
If you later enter a photography contract, we will explain the information and retention required for that contract or any legal obligation at that stage. Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery.
4. Your choices and rights
You may decline consent, in which case this online enquiry form cannot be submitted. Contact the email above to withdraw consent or request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
You can raise a concern with us or your local data protection authority, including the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK or the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.
5. Hosting and external links
Enquiry data is processed using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. Depending on the providers’ service operations, processing may take place outside Korea or the UK. Contact us for information about the providers and processing locations. We do not sell enquiry data for advertising.
When enquiry email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through Resend to the operator’s Gmail address (luvelop.film@gmail.com) for handling and replying to your request. Providers’ own retention policies apply to their delivery and security logs.
External links, including Instagram, are subject to those services’ own privacy notices. Permission to publish customer photographs in our portfolio is handled separately from enquiry-data consent.
6. Language preference and security
On your first visit, the hosting service’s country-level information selects the display language. We do not request GPS or precise-location permission. Your chosen language is remembered in an essential preference cookie (luvelop-language) for up to one year; you can remove it in browser settings. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to this site.
We use safeguards including HTTPS in transit and restricted operator access. Changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
